Finally it’s that time of the year which all car enthusiasts are waiting for, the season when garages open and fantastic jewels on 4 wheels emerge from a long winter of hibernation. Spring and April coincide with the start of a busy schedule of events for classic and sports car owners. Cars and Coffee Brescia was the opening act of the motoring season for many people and we couldn’t certainly miss it.
As usual the morning was dedicated to classic and sports car owners, all together in the huge park of Corte Francesco a Montichiari, a real display of rare pieces and supercars from every generation: Ferrari 275 GTB, Ferrari F40, Ferrari Enzo, two Maserati MC12 (only 50 samples produced in the world), La Ferrari, Lancia Aurelia, Lamborghini Miura, Lamborghini Diablo, just to name a few of the Italian cars participating.
The car display divided by country was quite remarkable. British cars included several Morgan and modern Jaguar and McLaren while on the German side some of the featured beauties were a Porsche 911 Speedster, a Porsche 356 and a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing.
In our opinion this year’s Cars and Coffee was not only a display of beautiful cars, but also a concentration of enthusiasts that accompanied with great style their supercars in this huge park. I was able to observe what was going on around the cars and there were plenty of perfect gentleman-style outfits with braces and pocket squares.
I felt great satisfaction seeing many people wearing The Outlierman driving gloves. Most of them stopped to have a chat with me, greet me and encourage me to go on with my work. The best part was definitely listening to their great approval towards the brand and the driving pleasure that they are able to feel while wearing our driving gloves.
Done with this short tale about cars, gentlemen drivers and driving gloves, I go back to my road trip in the direction of the Principality of Monaco for Top Marques, of which I will talk about in the next few days. In the gallery below we have selected some of the cars that really stood out during the event. Check them out!
